We have been helping families, friends, church's, estate attorney's, Banks, City Municipalities and property management companies with properties that have been neglected for many years. These extreme high levels of trash / items / animal accumulation is more common than most people may believe. We will work discreetly with families and friends of the person who has been unable to take care of their property due to physical or mental limitations. Often these projects are merely just an accumulation of trash, mail, paper and other items with little obvious value. Other times it is an accumulation of excessive buying and or collecting of similar items that accumulates to a point that renders the property unsafe or uninhabitable. Sometimes just walking through the home presents challenges such as, blocked pathways, odors, fire hazards, bacteria, insect and rodent infestations.

We will get a clearly defined scope of work from whomever is managing the project to look for and segregate items of monetary or sentimental value. The rest of the accumulation will be removed from the property. Often the use of large box trucks or debris dumpster's will be required. When we perform these Hoarding remediation projects we rely on our years of experience, EPA registered disinfectants, odor counteractant's, and PPE (personal protective equipment ) such as coveralls, gloves and respiratory protection to protect ourselves from any potential known or unknown hazards.
